As a part of Fitness Week celebration the school will be celebrating the following.
18.11.2019 – ‘Steam Day’
Children should bring steamed food items for lunch/snacks. Avoid fried items.
Example : Puttu, Idly,Poha, Boiled Banana, Boiled Egg
19.11.2019 – ‘Veg Day’
Only vegetarian food for lunch (Packed in banana leaf, if possible)
Example : Veg. Pulav, Veg Fried rice, Chapatti Veg.Curry, Rice & Veg Curry etc.
(If possible as ‘Pothi choru’)
20.11.2019 – ‘Cereal Day’
Compulsory send any one cereal as Snack / for lunch.
Example : Channa, Green Peas, Bengal gram, Dal etc as curry
21.11.2019 – ‘Leafy Day’
Send leafy vegetables.
Example : Spinach, Moringa leaves, as ‘thoran’, Cabbage, Pumpkin leaves, ‘Thazhuthama’ etc.
22.11.2019 – ‘Salad Day’
Fruit Salad / Veg.Salad
Example : Any fruit/Veg.Salad ( avoid non veg salad)
